Meet Vicki Christensen
Performance coach. Real estate agent. The person who will hold you to the plan you said you wanted.
Vicki is a licensed real estate agent, and she still works with clients when they reach out to her. That keeps her coaching practical. She knows what this business actually feels like, including the first year: too much information, not enough clarity, and a quiet worry that you're already behind.
Her main focus is coaching. She coaches agents through Keller Williams GO Coaching in Dallas–Fort Worth, and she has helped more than 50 agents launch their businesses. Her goal is simple: help agents build businesses that are consistent, structured, and built to last.

How Vicki coaches
Vicki's style is direct and grounded. She leads with clear recommendations and holds firm standards, especially around lead generation, because that's where most agents struggle and where the results are decided.
She also knows when to slow down. When an agent says, "I'm not sure I'm ready," her answer is "Tell me more." Good coaching doesn't hand you every answer. It helps you find your own, so the next time you don't need to ask.

Why Positive Progress
The name is the method. Progress you can see, built on a mindset you can sustain. Not hype, not pressure, and not motivation that fades by Friday.
Every agent Vicki coaches gets the same promise: a clear next step, and someone in their corner who expects them to take it.
